FIRST TIMER?
HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT.
BOOK YOUR CLASS
What to bring?
An open-minded attitude. We also require grip socks for your safety on the Megaformer. Don’t have any? Don’t worry, we offer a great selection in the studio for purchase. Bring a water bottle or buy one from us. We have dressing rooms available with plenty of essentials to freshen up.
Come early
Expect some confusion
It’s normal to not understand all the cues and move names during your first class. During the workout, you will be moved through a sequence of slow and controlled movements, as well as fast transitions from one exercise to the next allowing you to maintain an elevated heart rate. Be patient with yourself as you learn the workout. Our instructors will assist you and our small class sizes allow for lots of personal attention.
Come Back!
Your first few classes will be challenging regardless of your fitness abilities. Consistency is key. DON’T EXPECT IT TO GET EASIER. EXPECT TO GET STRONGER. We recommend taking 3-4 classes per week.
FAQs
What are your COVID-19 precautions?
Masks are required at all times until clients are on their machine, then each client can decide to take their mask off or leave it on during the workout. Our instructor wears a face shield throughout the entire class and is not doing any hands-on corrections, as they typically would during a lagree class. We use a hospital grade sanitizing solution on each machine between every class, and a disinfecting wipe that each client uses on their own to clean their machine. The workout is done entirely on the machine, and they’re spaced more than 6 feet apart. We are taking this very seriously to ensure you have a safe yet effective workout.
Where do I park?
We’re located at 3504 N. High St. Columbus, 43214. Street parking is available on both sides of High St., as well Oakland Park and W. Orchard.

What’s your cancellation or no show policy?
We have an 8 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 8 hours before your class starts.
If you cancel within the 8 hour late cancellation period, your account will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee and you will lose your class. If you have an unlimited membership and cancel within the 8 hour cancellation period, you’ll be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
If you do not late cancel and do not show up for your class, your account will be charged a $20 no show fee and you will lose your class. If you have an unlimited membership and do not show up for your class, your account will be charged a $20 no show fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we definitely recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or package. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email or text confirmation (depending on your notification settings).
All of our classes have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, please know the 8-hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 8 hours prior to the class. If you are added to the class and do not remove yourself in time, your account will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee and you will lose your class. If you have an unlimited membership and cancel within the 8 hour cancellation period, you’ll be charged a $15 late cancellation fee. If you are added to the class and you do not late cancel and do not show up for your class, your account will be charged a $20 no show fee and you will lose your class. If you have an unlimited membership and do not show up for your class, your account will be charged a $20 no show fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.

HOW LONG IS A CLASS?
IS LAGREE LIKE PILATES?
The short answer is no. Though both workouts are low impact, Lagree is performed at a much higher intensity and can only be accomplished using the Lagree House Megaformer. Most who come from a pilates background never look back after trying one Lagree class.
