Janet is so sweet and kind, but those exercises?! ARE NOT. Don’t let her fool you, her classes will leave you shaking and drenched in sweat, but feeling SO much stronger. She really focuses on the nuances of the technique and the muscles engaged and I always look forward to her classes for that reason. But you’ve been warned lol. She’s the lead instructor for a reason!

Class is much harder than expected, but everyone was so nice and patient! Received a tour and thorough explanation of equipment upon arrival (I did arrive 15 mins early as requested so there was time). The instructor was clear and came over to help as needed. She was constantly praising all the hard work from everyone in the class which really helps when every muscle is burning.

It was my first class and it was challenging but in the best kind of way! Sedona was so sweet and helpful with ensuring my form was correct. Definitely recommend for a good full body workout!

The sweetest staff and clients! Everyone was so welcoming, and they took time to explain the layout and machine before class. The workout was challenging, but the instructor, Sue, came over to explain each motion when I was having trouble. I’m new to Pilates but my first experience was great!

Super clean environment and equipment with friendly staff. I haven’t done Pilates in years but Rachel was the instructor and she was more than patient with me. I would definitely take another class here.

Y’all… this workout is not for the weak (I am the weak). The transitions are quick (like 5 seconds quick) and you will feel EVERYTHING. It was my first time ever doing lagree but Sarah is so sweet and encouraging. Dry towels are provided and there is a fridge with cold towels that you can use at the end. Get ready to burn!!

Charley, the instructor was an angel! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and will take time after class to answer any of your questions. This class was intense! Honestly the hardest pilates class I’ve ever taken but that’s because Charley focuses on getting her students muscles engaged! Each movement was slow and intense making me feel like I’m leaving class TONED!
